Role Description The Sales Counselor role at Atlas Senior Living is a full-time, on-site position located in Woodbridge, Va. The Sales Counselor is responsible for guiding prospective residents and families through the senior living selection process, including conducting tours, explaining service offerings, and presenting pricing and contract options. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, managing leads, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, and following up promptly with prospects. The role involves building relationships with referral sources, participating in community events, and collaborating with the operations team to ensure a positive move-in experience. The Sales Counselor consistently represents the community’s values, supports occupancy goals, and contributes to a culture of high resident and family satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on building trust and supporting residents and families.
- Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal, to clearly present community services and respond to questions with empathy and accuracy.
- Demonstrated Sales skills, including lead management, closing techniques, and comfort working toward occupancy and revenue goals.
- Solid Organization Skills to manage multiple inquiries, maintain detailed records, and coordinate tours, follow-ups, and move-in processes.
- Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or related service industries is preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, and presentation tools).
- Ability to work on-site, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
