Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Clermont, FL, for a Sales and Marketing Director. The Sales and Marketing Director will oversee and implement strategies to drive the community’s sales performance and maximize occupancy. Responsibilities include conducting market analysis, developing marketing campaigns, managing leads, coordinating events, and building strong relationships with prospective residents and their families. The role also requires collaboration with leadership to align sales efforts with organizational goals and ensure excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales and Relationship Management, with experience in lead generation and conversion.
• Expertise in Marketing, including campaign development, digital marketing, and branding strategies.
• Strong Communication and Presentation Skills to effectively engage with prospective residents, families, and other stakeholders.
• Strategic Planning and Market Analysis skills to identify opportunities and optimize marketing and sales efforts.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and meet targets.
• Proven track record of leadership and team collaboration in a sales context.
• Experience in the senior housing industry or healthcare services is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant work experience.
