Key Responsibilities
- Lead accounting and financial oversight across multiple divisions, subsidiaries, and affiliates.
- Oversee consolidated financial reporting, close processes, and complex accounting transactions.
- Drive M&A accounting activities, including purchase accounting, integration, valuation coordination, and post-acquisition support.
- Monitor subsidiary financial performance, risk management, and internal controls.
- Serve on select subsidiary Boards and provide financial guidance to executive leadership.
- Partner with senior management on strategic initiatives and business planning.
- Lead, develop, and mentor the divisional accounting team.
Required Qualifications:
- CPA designation 15–30 years of progressive accounting and finance experience
- Significant M&A Accounting and Post-Merger Integration experience
- Experience within a large multinational company or diversified holding company
- Strong leadership and people management background
Salary : $215,000 - $235,000
