Overview

This is a highly visible finance leadership role with broad oversight across multiple business units, subsidiaries, and affiliates within a large multinational organization. Acting as a strategic business partner to senior leadership, this individual will lead key accounting, financial governance, and M&A integration initiatives while helping drive operational performance and long-term growth.

The role offers significant exposure to executive management and requires close collaboration with operating divisions and subsidiary leadership teams on accounting, financial reporting, risk management, and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead accounting and financial oversight across multiple divisions, subsidiaries, and affiliates.
• Oversee consolidated financial reporting, close processes, and complex accounting transactions.
• Drive M&A accounting activities, including purchase accounting, integration, valuation coordination, and post-acquisition support.
• Monitor subsidiary financial performance, risk management, and internal controls.
• Serve on select subsidiary Boards and provide financial guidance to executive leadership.
• Partner with senior management on strategic initiatives and business planning.
• Lead, develop, and mentor the divisional accounting team.

Required Qualifications:

• CPA designation 15–30 years of progressive accounting and finance experience
• Significant M&A Accounting and Post-Merger Integration experience
• Experience within a large multinational company or diversified holding company
• Strong leadership and people management background
