A rapidly growing fintech platform at the center of the alternatives investment space is hiring an Associate to join its Private Capital Fund Finance team.
This is a strong opportunity for someone coming out of public accounting, fund administration, or alternative investment operations/accounting who wants to get closer to sophisticated private markets products while working in a more modern, tech-forward environment.
The team works across private equity feeder funds and supports fund launches, NAV oversight, capital activity, investor allocations, financial reporting, and operational process improvement initiatives. You’ll gain exposure to complex fund structures, senior leadership, external clients, and highly visible strategic initiatives across the platform.

Ideal background:
• 3-6 years of experience within fund accounting, fund administration, audit, or alternative investment operations
• Private equity, hedge fund, credit fund, or other alternatives exposure preferred
• CPA/CFA/CAIA progress is a plus
• Strong communication skills and interest in working in an evolving, technology-driven environment
Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
