- Clean and maintain common areas and hallways across all Atlas campuses
- Disinfect classroom desks, chairs, and tables daily
- Perform spill response and emergency cleaning for evening athletic and school events
- Remove and dispose of trash from classrooms, common areas, and athletic facilities
- Complete post-event clean-up, including gyms and other athletic spaces
- Assist with set-up and tear-down for scheduled school and athletic events
- Respond promptly and effectively to custodial emergencies
- Process and complete internal work orders as assigned
- Identify and report safety concerns immediately to the Director of Facilities
- Ensure all assigned buildings are secure and all lights are turned off at the conclusion of the shift
- Attend required trainings and in-service meetings
- Perform additional related duties as assigned by the Director of Facilities
- Hourly/Non-Exempt
- $18.50 - $21.73 per hour (DOE)
- Monday - Friday; 3:00 - 11:30 PM
- Schedule subject to change based on school needs with reasonable notice.
- Approximately 3* weeks of school breaks
- Please note hourly positions are not annualized at Atlas and compensation is based upon actual hours worked.
- 80* hours of annual flex time and 48* hours of annual sick time

Who You Are
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass required background screening pursuant to CRS
- 22-30.5-110.7
- Reliable and punctual, consistently meeting attendance expectations
- Professional, friendly, and positive demeanor when interacting with staff, students, and visitors
- Ability to operate, maintain, and care for mechanized cleaning equipment
- Basic understanding of technology for work order management and reporting
- Ability to work independently with excellent time management and attention to detail
- Commitment to Atlas values: accountability, excellence, integrity, resilience, respect, and responsibility
- Two (2) or more years of custodial experience
- Previous custodial experience in a school or educational setting
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, twist, crouch/squat, and climb ladders or lifts during the performance of duties
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and to push/pull up to 100 pounds
- Ability to work with hands above shoulder height with weights up to 50 pounds
- Ability to comply with all Atlas Schools policies and procedures
