Atlas Roofing Shingles, Underlayment & Ventilation is seeking a Utility Operator for Daingerfield, TX.
Utility Operator Primary Responsibilities
- Follow all plant safety rules and PPE requirements.
- Maintain 5S and housekeeping standards throughout the facility.
- Operate forklifts, Bobcats, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform groundskeeping duties including lawn care and landscaping.
- Assist with facility cleanup, waste removal, and material handling.
- Complete other tasks as assigned by supervision.
Utility Operator Experience & Skills
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, holidays, and overtime.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and multitask.
- Problem-solving and team collaboration skills.
- Must pass forklift operator test and safely operate a forklift.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 75 lbs), and equipment operation.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions (heat, cold, humidity, noise).
