Your Mission
Acquire high-quality real estate deals by building trust with homeowners, uncovering motivation, and driving contracts to the finish line — with integrity, urgency, and grit.

What Success Looks Like
- Close 4-6 contracts/month with a 30% close rate
- Generate $120k-150K monthly revenue from your deals
- Advance from residential to larger land & development deals after proving success
What You'll be Doing
- Build and maintain rapport with homeowners (primarily B2C distressed sellers)
- Respond quickly to leads and keep communication professional
- Run due diligence, negotiate, lock up contracts, and follow through to closing
- Align offers with the best exit strategy — wholesale, flip, or development
- Collaborate with our team to ensure smooth closings
- Show up daily for sales huddles, training, and accountability

Compensation & Growth
- Year 1 OTE: $90K–$120K (Base Bonuses)
