About the Role
American Impact and Energy is looking for a professional, reliable, and personable Runner (Field Operator) to join our growing team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the road, meeting customers, and representing our company in a professional manner.
This position is more than just driving—you will serve as one of the faces of our company by visiting customers, assisting with operational tasks, and ensuring a positive customer experience. We're looking for someone who is well-presented, confident, organized, and enjoys working with people.
Compensation: $4,000 per month

Responsibilities
- Meet with customers professionally and represent the company in the field.
- Build positive relationships by communicating clearly and courteously with customers.
- Coordinate and support daily field and office operations.
- Travel throughout the Orlando area to various customer locations and job sites.
- Handle administrative tasks such as emails, spreadsheets, and CRM updates.
- Maintain accurate records and provide daily reports to management.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure projects run smoothly.
- Perform additional operational duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
- Previous experience in customer service, field operations, coordination, or a similar role preferred.
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers and representing the company.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle (gas allowance provided).
- Dependable, proactive, and able to work independently.
