A key part of this role is maintaining and cultivating professional relationships with security staff, building management, and tenants, occupants, and patrons at each site. Security Account Manager Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across assigned client accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong relationships
- Build, maintain, and cultivate positive working relationships with security staff, building management, tenants, and site occupants
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and site coverage
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client expectations
- Review incident reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Coordinate training, onboarding, and performance management of security staff
- Conduct site visits and provide guidance, support, and accountability to team members
- Address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Security Account Manager Qualifications
- Previous security experience required; supervisory or management experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college degree preferred)
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities effectively
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to obtain or maintain a state security license
