We are looking for an energetic Maintenance Technician for one of our Muskogee apartment complexes. The position involves:
- Diagnosing and completing tenant work orders
- Driving around the Muskogee area to different units
- Grounds keeping
- Working on occupied and vacant units
- Ensuring quality and cleanliness
Position hours are Monday through Friday with some/rotating weekends required. Prior experience with apartment or home maintenance is preferred, but not required. Candidates MUST provide their own tools, though hardware is provided. Reliable transportation is required, truck preferred.
Requirements:
- Knowledge and skill of general facility/home maintenance
- Live within 30 miles of Muskogee, OK
- Good people skills
- Keen eye for detail
- Eagerness to learn
- Self-motivated
- Hard working
Preferred Experience:
- Basic carpentry
- Drywall repair
- Troubleshooting issues with appliances
- Basic plumbing knowledge
