Compensation & Signing Bonus
Pay Type: Commission-Based Earnings: Uncapped earning potential based on performance and referrals
SIGNING BONUS: $10,000 signing bonus available for experienced pool designers. Bonus eligibility, timing, and payout structure will be discussed during the interview process.
