Role Description
We are seeking a Business Operations Associate for a part-time, hybrid position based in Chico, CA. The role entails managing operational processes, with a heavy mindset on client engagement, and ensuring efficient workflow for technicians in the field. Scheduling alignment with company goals. Responsibilities focus on weekly field scheduling and maintaining a full work flow for all technicians in the field, while maintaining clear communication for the team as well as property managers, home owners & tenants. Supporting daily business activities. Preparing and sending invoices. Tracking daily costs and expenses while efficiently utilizing excel. Some tasks may be performed remotely, providing flexibility.
Establishing social media profile for content to be presented to the client base.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Operations and working knowledge of operational strategy and process improvement
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills to facilitate collaboration and maintain productive relationships
- Analytical and Finance Skills, including the ability to evaluate data and manage budgets effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and scheduling & financial software is a plus
- Working to achieve a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
