Position Overview
We’re looking to hire a licensed Physical Therapist who is passionate about movement-driven care. The ideal candidate thrives in an active setting, enjoys working with individuals of all levels, and values patient-centered, one-on-one care. Pay range based on experience. $80,000-$100,000 salary/year.
The position is located in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess patients' physical condition
- Design and implement individualized rehabilitation and performance programs
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for at-home exercises and self-care
- Document care and outcomes in accordance with state, payer, and Atlas requirements
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Contribute to the growth of Atlas through community engagement, education, and content creation
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program (or graduated by hire date)
- Active Wyoming Physical Therapy license (or eligibility for licensure before start date)
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for patient education
- Commitment to ongoing learning, professional development, and quality of care
- Ability to work independently in a collaborative, team-based environment
- BLS Certification (may work to attain certification after employment)
- Strong background or interest in strength and conditioning preferred but not required. CSCS or similar certification is preferred but also not required (may work to attain certification after employment)
