Position Summary
As a Patrol Officer with Atlas Patrol, you will be responsible for conducting mobile and foot patrols of commercial, residential, and industrial sites. You will deter criminal activity, enforce property-specific rules, and respond quickly to incidents. This is a highly visible role that requires professionalism, strong decision-making, and a safety-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled vehicle patrols of client properties
- Conduct foot patrols to verify doors, windows, and perimeter security
- Identify and report suspicious activity or hazards
- Enforce property rules and regulations
- Accurately complete daily activity and incident reports
- Maintain professional communication with dispatch, clients, and emergency responders
- Remain alert, observant, and proactive during all shifts
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid Washington State Driver’s License with clean driving record
- Valid Washington State Unarmed Guard License
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage dynamic situations
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military is preferred but not required
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
