Spanish-Speaking Real Estate Closing Specialist – Downtown Kernersville
Dynamic law firm in Downtown Kernersville is seeking abilingual (Spanish-speaking) Real Estate Closing Specialist. Our ideal candidate is fluent in both Spanish and English and will play a key role in serving our Spanish-speaking clients. The perfect match for this role is skilled in multi-tasking, triaging tasks, and has excellent written and oral communication skills in both languages.
Our firm’s practice areas include residential real estate, commercial real estate, business law, and estate planning – with a strong emphasis on residential real estate. Our team works closely together and is well known for our pleasant and collegial work environment. Our newest team member will be warmly welcomed and receive thorough training to perform their job to the best of their ability.
After the initial probationary period, Closing Specialists receive a competitive salary package including paid time off, holiday pay, and simple IRA with employer match. Initial salary will be commensurate with experience. This is a full-time position. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm. Only candidates that complete the really phone screening will be considered for this position.

How This Member Contributes to Our Team:
- Serves as a welcoming, trusted point of contact for Spanish-speaking buyers, sellers, and agents, helping them feel comfortable and informed throughout the closing process
- Manages phone communications with professionalism and care, answering questions, providing updates, and ensuring all parties stay on track
- Coordinates communication across multiple channels : phone, email, and in-person meetings, to keep transactions moving smoothly
- Prepares closing documents with precision and attention to detail
- Guides buyers and sellers through their document signings in-office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
