Position Overview: As our Medical Receptionist, you will be the face of Atlas Naturopathic Clinic, creating a warm and welcoming environment for patients. You’ll handle a variety of administrative tasks with a focus on exceptional customer service, helping to ensure smooth clinic operations and a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check-in patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and online inquiries, addressing questions and scheduling appointments.
• Handle patient records with confidentiality and accuracy, including data entry.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely and efficient patient flow.
• Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and manage patient accounts.
• Maintain a clean and organized office area, ensuring a pleasant environment for patients.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, faxing, and managing office supplies.
• Provide information about our services, treatments, and payment options to patients.
• Operate and oversee sauna services, ensuring safe, efficient use and positive guest experience.
• 3 days per week (Mon, Tues, Thurs)

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar administrative role preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude.
• Proficiency in using office software and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
• A genuine interest in holistic health and naturopathic medicine is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or education in healthcare administration is a plus.
