Sales Applications Project Engineer

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery for product development—from concept to full production.
• Collaborate with planning, design, supply chain, and operations to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Drive NPI: act as the primary liaison between design engineering and operations during new product launches; oversee manufacturing readiness, process qualification, and production validation.
• Build cost models and process routings; prepare quotes and communicate pricing and delivery estimates to customers, ensuring competitiveness and target gross margins.
• Publish project documentation: reports, schedules, and technical specifications.
• Monitor schedule, budget, and performance; provide clear status updates and mitigation plans.
• Implement best practices and continuous improvement to streamline execution.
  
  

What you'll bring

• BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial) or related discipline.
• 2 years in a manufacturing-focused project engineering or similar role.
• Solid grasp of project management principles and methods.
• Strong communicator and collaborator across functions and with customers.
• Comfort with project management software and engineering toolsets.
• Analytical, detail-focused, and adept at solving complex problems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
