What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery for product development—from concept to full production.
- Collaborate with planning, design, supply chain, and operations to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Drive NPI: act as the primary liaison between design engineering and operations during new product launches; oversee manufacturing readiness, process qualification, and production validation.
- Build cost models and process routings; prepare quotes and communicate pricing and delivery estimates to customers, ensuring competitiveness and target gross margins.
- Publish project documentation: reports, schedules, and technical specifications.
- Monitor schedule, budget, and performance; provide clear status updates and mitigation plans.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement to streamline execution.
- BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial) or related discipline.
- 2 years in a manufacturing-focused project engineering or similar role.
- Solid grasp of project management principles and methods.
- Strong communicator and collaborator across functions and with customers.
- Comfort with project management software and engineering toolsets.
- Analytical, detail-focused, and adept at solving complex problems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
- Design for Manufacturability (DFM)
- CAD: SolidWorks; Pro/E / Creo

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
