What you’ll handle- Answer and resolve customer questions via phone and email—quickly and professionally.
- Send daily updates: order status, tracking details, and clear communication on changes such as expedites or push-outs.
- Enter purchase orders and change orders into our manufacturing/ERP system with precision.
- Issue order acknowledgements and follow through until each commitment is met.
- Work hand-in-hand with Sales Engineering and the Supply Chain team to lock in accurate order details and requirements.
- Create and manage work orders so customer needs align with production plans.
- Maintain consistent communication with customers and collaborate closely with internal partners—especially Sales Engineering.
- Serve as the primary contact for order and return (RMA’s) inquiries.
- Support invoicing steps: ASN’s, proof of delivery verification, clearing blocked invoices, and assisting with collections.
- Process and administer RMA and DMR requests, including tracking and documentation; coordinate with Finance on credits and rebilling.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s preferred.
- 2–4 years in customer service (manufacturing exposure preferred).
- Clear, confident communication—both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to juggle priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- ERP and computer proficiency (Visual Manufacturing preferred).
- Positive mindset and a passion for helping customers.
