Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housing Consultant based in Midland, TX. The Housing Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in selecting and purchasing manufactured and mobile homes. Day-to-day tasks include providing detailed information about home features, eco-friendly benefits, and pricing. You will also manage paperwork, coordinate with builders, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the home buying process.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, customer service, and client relationship management
- Knowledge of manufactured and mobile homes, especially energy-efficient models
- The ability to explain technical details and benefits of home features clearly
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, including managing paperwork
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with basic computer software and sales management tools
- A background in real estate or related field is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are beneficial
