Atlas Glass, a family owned and customer driven auto glass replacement company with several Texas locations, is looking to hire several bright new faces as it continues to grow its operations in San Antonio. All of our employees’ first responsibility is our customers’ experience by ensuring quality and service. Candidates with all levels of auto glass experience are encouraged to apply to fill the following positions:
AUTO GLASS TECHNICIAN:
In this position, you will be responsible for replacing glass on all types of vehicles, recalibration of ADAS, and repairing chipped windshields. Being able to interact with customers as needed is a plus. Strong candidates will identify the following:
- Provide exceptional customer experience
- Able to work both indoors and outdoors and in various weather conditions
- Lift up to 75 lbs.
- Work on a stand or ladder
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Problem solving skills
- ADAS calibration experience is a plus
- Ability to fabricate laminated glass is a plus
- Professional attitude/appearance
- 18 years old or older
- Have a Texas drivers license and clean driving record
- Bilingual preferred
Our typical work week is 40-48 hours including Saturdays and occasional Sundays. Some experience is a plus, but training is available to the right candidates. Pay will be based on experience.
