To provide FREAKY world class customer service to Jimmy John’s customers while spreading the
love through FREAKY FAST JJ’s sammies. Blow your Manager away with your personality and

Duties and Responsibilities
● Be a Role Model to new Team Members
● Provide excellent Customer Service
● Adhere to Team Member Handbook Policies and Procedures
● Maintain and foster Company Culture
● Slicing and prepping for the store
● Maintain store cleanliness
● Maintain Food Safety
● Maintain Workplace Safety
● Maintain Store and Equipment Safety
Qualifications
● Must be 18
● Must have state required Food Handlers Card for CA and AZ only
● Must be coachable
● Must have experience in dealing with customer service experience
● Must be energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing
● Must be computer proficient
Working conditions
Must be able to work in a moderately loud and fast-moving environment. Jimmy John’s stores
play music at a moderate level all day. Must be able to avoid distraction and apply safety best
practices while using slicer and knives.
Physical requirements
Must be able to stand for length of shift. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. Must be able to climb
ladder if needed.
Shift Schedule 9AM - 2PM
25 Hours a Week
Salary : $13 - $15
