Sales Support Representative

Atlas Signature is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Inside Sales & Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role is central to our day-to-day operations, serving as the first point of contact for customers while supporting sales, order processing, and custom artwork coordination.
The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks across customer service, quoting, and order workflow
Key Job Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Sales Support
- Answer inbound customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
- Provide product information, pricing, and recommendations
- Prepare and send customer quotes and follow up as needed
- Support inside sales efforts and help convert inquiries into orders
Order Processing & Administration
- Enter and manage daily orders, including Home Depot and other key accounts
- Ensure accuracy of order details, pricing, and delivery timelines
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions
Artwork & Order Coordination
- Act as liaison between customers and the design/production team for custom artwork
- Send proofs/files to customers for approval and track revisions
- Ensure approvals are received before production begins
Customer Follow-Up & Collections Support
- Communicate order updates and delivery timelines to customers
- Assist with light collections activity, including follow-up on outstanding invoices
- Help resolve customer issues or escalate when necessary
Hours & Benefits:
This position is M-F 40hrs/wk in-office. Roughly 90% of your time will be spent at your desk interacting with customers on the phone, via email, or face to face. The remaining 10% of time will be spent interacting with team members to collaborate on issues and fill orders.

What We’re Looking For:

- Excellent Communication Skills- verbal and written
- Comfortable working with order entry systems, spreadsheets, and email platforms
- Experience with quoting, invoicing, or CRM systems is a plus
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience in a Customer Support Setting: retail, call center, sales, etc.
- Enjoys accomplishing goals with limited supervision
