Description:Atlas First Access is currently hiring a full-time Service Writer to join our Service Team. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated person to support the team by providing timely and accurate estimates for field and shop service repairs.Atlas First Access, part of the Atlas Companies, is an authorized Toyota Forklift Dealer committed to providing quality service, premium equipment, and innovative solutions for companies of all sizes.Your New Role:Responsibility for providing estimates to the Service team as well as entering and maintaining them in the quotes system.Will be responsible for providing formal estimates in writing.Provides sales staff, service departments and customers with accurate quotes within 3 days of receiving a request.
