Job OverviewThe Team Lead supervises daily field operations, directs the work of eight or more team members, ensures quality and safety compliance, and communicates updates to the Program Supervisor.Responsibilities:Direct and coordinate the daily activities of 8 team members to ensure work is completed efficiently and on scheduleMonitor work quality and verify compliance with safety standards, company policies, and client specificationsProvide on-the-job guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team membersServe as the primary point of contact between field staff and the Program SupervisorCommunicate daily production updates, safety concerns, and operational challenges to leadershipIdentify and address performance or compliance issues, escalating when necessarySupport training of new hires and reinforce best practices in the fieldPromote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to all applicable regulations and proceduresOther duties as assigned Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferredRelevant experience in vegetation management, vegetation planning, or utility field workISA or technical certification preferredExperience managing crews or peersPhysical Demands, Conditions, Work EnvironmentThe physical demands, conditions, and work environment characteristics described here must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
