Clinical Research Medical Assistant / Research Nurse
(Medical Assistant, LPN, LVN, or RN considered)
Primary Responsibilities
- Support study visits and participant flow.
- Perform vital signs, ECGs, specimen collection, and phlebotomy.
- Assist with participant recruitment and scheduling.
- Support the informed consent process under PI/CRC supervision.
- Maintain source documentation and study records.
- Assist with investigational product accountability.
- Support monitoring visits, audits, and regulatory activities.
- Coordinate participant follow-up and retention efforts.
- Serve as the onsite research support resource when the primary CRC is remote.
Minimum Qualifications
- Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, CCMA) or active LPN/LVN/RN license.
- Minimum one (1) year of clinical experience.
- EMR/EHR experience required.
- Strong patient interaction, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a clinical setting.
- Phlebotomy experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Clinical research experience.
- GCP certification.
- Experience with sponsor protocols and study procedures.
- Experience working independently in a physician office or outpatient setting.
