Atlas Entertainment is a leading film and television production company founded by Academy Award®-winning producer Charles Roven. The company has produced multiple global box office hits, including OPPENHEIMER, THE DARK KNIGHT TRILOGY, BATMAN V SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE, WONDER WOMAN, and AMERICAN HUSTLE. Atlas oversees subsidiaries Atlas Artists and Atlas Literary, offering a broad footprint across talent management and literary development. Interns gain exposure to a high-performing, creatively driven environment at the center of the entertainment industry.
This internship at Atlas Entertainment is an on-site role based in West Hollywood, CA, and is designed
to provide hands-on exposure to film and television development and production, as well as insight into Atlas’s broader entertainment operations.
There are 4 internship opportunities available:
1) Development: Intern duties include, but are not limited to, writing script coverage, completing research projects, helping with desk coverage, and assisting with general office tasks. Interns in all four areas will have the opportunity throughout the semester to participate in Q&A lunches with managers, producers, and assistants. Networking with other employees and interns at Atlas is a great stepping stone into the entertainment industry.
2) Talent Management: Under the umbrella of Atlas Entertainment is Atlas Artists, a management company that represents a variety of well-known and up-and-coming actors. The intern duties include, but are not limited to, writing script coverage, editing client self-tapes, completing research projects, assisting with project binders, and researching potential projects for clients.
3) Literary: Atlas Literary is a literary management company specializing in upper-level screenwriters and directors, and the most recent addition to the Atlas Entertainment umbrella. The Atlas Lit intern will learn and perform duties similar to a second assistant. Such duties include, but are not limited to, phone coverage, creating grids, material tracking, and will also be asked to consume a large amount of content (TV, Film, and Literature). The Lit Intern must be hungry to learn, grow, and have an undeniable passion for Film/TV.
4) Finance: Under the umbrella of all three departments, Finance Intern tasks include, but are not limited to, labelling and organizing financial documents, creating and maintaining folders, as well as vendor and client data entry.
