Atlas Artists (a subsidiary of Atlas Entertainment) seeks an assistant to support two talent managers.
Responsibilities include heavy scheduling, rolling calls, submitting and pitching clients, coordinating casting appointments, communicating with agents, casting, production and clients.
Candidates should be well-organized, excellent at multitasking and have the ability to problem solve quickly and anticipate client and manager needs. Ideal candidate is someone looking for a career in management. This is a position with real growth opportunity.
Minimum Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
At least 1 years’ desk experience at an agency or management company
Salary/Benefits:
Hourly rate of $23-24/hr plus overtime depending on experience. Full medical (BlueShield Platinum PPO), dental, vision, life and disability insurance starting first of the month after 30 days of employment at no cost to employee. Parking paid for by company. Lunch catered Monday – Thursday.
