Inside Sales Support
Status: Full-Time/Hourly Non-Exempt
General Nature of Position: In a fast-paced busy environment, services customers by providing product and service information; works with the sales team on new and existing customers; resolves product and service problems; supports all department/business needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic company information
2. Project a knowledgeable, enthusiastic, positive, attitude that encourages customer confidence and reflects the professional image desired by Atlas Disposal
3. Inform customers on the services that we have to offer, such as types of bins, rates, and special service programs that are available
4. Generate credit and debit memos as necessary
5. Complete appropriate forms and data entry as required ensuring accurate billing of stops, starts and adjustments on customer accounts
6. Manage book of business for existing customers
7. Handle commercial, residential, and roll-off customer calls for new accounts, changes in service, billing questions, service cancellations, misses etc.
8. Handle all new businesses ranking $250 or less per month
9. Assist with ticket/data entry and recording of statistics and driver performance
10. Enter Daily Services Agreements and Daily Cash Receipts
11. Work with accounting and accounts payable to track expenses
12. Establish and maintain relationships with vendors to supply parts as needed
13. Create and reconcile repair orders and invoices in company database
14. Maintain truck files
15. Attention to detail and accuracy

Summary of Other Job Duties:

QUALIFICATIONS:
1) Required knowledge, skills & abilities:
· Ability to manage information quickly, accurately, able to multi-task and give clear direction using two-way radios.
· Computer proficient in Word, Excel & email communications.
· Good analytical skills and ability to route next days work while meeting customer needs and maximizing production.
· Ability to work well under pressure, acts independently, prioritize and manage multiple projects in fast paced environment. Good organization and time management skills.
· Good verbal/written English skills and effective interpersonal skills.
2) Minimum educational level:
· Completion of High School or Equivalent.
3) Experience preferred:
· One year of administrative or sales related experience.
4) Physical Requirements:
· Possess the mobility to maneuver throughout the building
· Use a keyboard and computer terminal, telephone and other office equipment
· Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
· Normal sitting and walking
Offered compensation:
$25/hr
