Position: Inside Sales-Account Manager

We seek a problem-solving individual who takes on challenges, works independently under limited guidance, has a strong work ethic, and who enjoys achieving reliable detail-oriented results. Must be teamwork oriented and have a willingness to volunteer for new tasks with at least a good attitude if not a witty comment or two. Proficient in sales process, account management, international logistics, basic accounting and comfortable with unique customer populations. We need someone who can learn fast and multi-task on various projects/efforts while maintaining consistent follow-through on assigned duties and tasks.
Tasks
Inside Sales – Account Manager
· Outside Sales Team Support / Configure, Price, Quoting
· Account Management / Customer Service & Growth, Order Processing, Service Updates
· International Logistics / Shipping and Receiving, Order Tracking, and Issue Resolution
Skills
Critical Skills:
· Basic Account / Program Management
· CRM Trained (MS NAV, Sales Force, or equivalent)
· Workflow Management
· Basic Accounting
· International Freight Logistics experience
· MS Office (Excel, PPT, Outlook, Word, Project)
· Adobe DC Pro (Create and edit pdf)
· Google Business Tools (Gmail, Docs, Drive)
