Are you our next Subject Matter Expert?
We are seeking a dynamic Subject Matter Expert (SME) to represent the Atlas Copco brand onsite at our customer, Tesla. In this pivotal role, you will engage directly with our customer to optimize their torque tools and fastening equipment, making a tangible impact on their operations
What You'll Do:
- Be a Brand Ambassador: Interface with our customer to promote Atlas Copco's commitment to excellence in torque tools and fastening solutions.
- Maintain & Calibrate Tools: Perform preventative maintenance, calibration, and performance checks to ensure tools run at peak efficiency.
- Troubleshoot & Resolve Issues: Quickly diagnose and resolve tooling, fastening, and basic network connectivity challenges to minimize downtime.
- Repair & Optimize Equipment: Conduct repairs, upgrades, and adjustments to enhance productivity and tool reliability.
- Networking Support: Configure, connect, and troubleshoot Atlas Copco tools and software within the customer's network environment, ensuring proper communication with data systems and reporting tools.
You will report directly to the Site Manager and work onsite daily at Tesla's Austin, TX facility. This opening is on 3rd shift, 6pm-4:30am Monday through Thursday.
To succeed, you will need- Experience: 2-3 years in a production environment with manufacturing automation, assembly tooling, or data collection systems.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Strong troubleshooting abilities
- Customer-Focused: Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to read and comprehend schematics. Proficiency in MS Office, networking, and database systems.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
