As a Network Scheduler, your mission is to plan and maintain project-specific schedules that support the execution of prime equipment orders while monitoring engineering and production milestones. You will report to the Order Center Supervisor.
You will
- Generate and customize SAP network schedules for Prime Equipment projects while identifying and resolving cross-department scheduling conflicts.
- Update and maintain schedule data to ensure project consistency, optimization, and alignment with engineering and production milestones.
- Participate in kickoff and weekly project meetings to define scheduling needs and monitor/report progress across engineering and production.
- Collaborate with project teams, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain stakeholders to support on-time delivery and identify critical path items.
- Support improvements to scheduling procedures, maintain SAP master data, and provide required schedules for monthly reporting.

- Attention to detail and strong multitasking/prioritization abilities (non-negotiable).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact across a diverse workforce (non-negotiable).
- Basic understanding of MRP/ERP principles, SAP project scheduling, and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (preferred)
- Experience with Power BI and/or prior project scheduling or production planning roles (preferred).
