Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials
- Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently to perform tasks such as digging, lifting, and assembling structures
- Follow detailed instructions from supervisors to complete specific construction tasks accurately
- Support the installation of building components including framing, drywall, flooring, and roofing materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity on site
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and ensure quality standards are met throughout each phase of construction
Experience
- Prior experience in construction or related manual labor roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Ability to operate basic hand tools and machinery safely is advantageous
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform strenuous activities for extended periods
- Knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA regulations is a plus
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and learning new skills

Pay: $22.95 - $27.64 per hour
