HRIS Optimization Consultant (UKG Pro) – 2–3 Month Contract
We’re looking for a hands-on UKG Pro expert to step in, assess, and optimize a full HR technology environment.
This is not maintenance.
This is true system optimization and automation.
The client has UKG Pro in place — now they need someone who can:
✅ Audit end-to-end HR workflows (Recruiting → Onboarding → Benefits → Leave → Performance → Reporting)
✅ Identify configuration gaps & compliance risks
✅ Redesign processes using UKG best practices
✅ Automate manual/paper-heavy workflows
✅ Optimize modules (Recruiting, Performance, Benefits Hub, Leave, Talk, Voice, HR Help, etc.)
✅ Standardize dashboards, reporting & analytics
✅ Troubleshoot integrations (including benefit file feeds like Fidelity)
✅ Deliver a clear, prioritized optimization roadmap
The Goal:
Reduce manual effort. Improve data integrity. Strengthen compliance. Enhance employee & manager experience. Build a scalable HRIS environment.
This is a project-based engagement with defined milestones — ideal for a senior consultant who has implemented and optimized UKG Pro multiple times and knows where systems typically break down.
Ideal Background:
• 8–15 years working with UKG products
• Deep, hands-on UKG Pro configuration expertise
• Proven history of HRIS transformation & process automation
• Strong stakeholder partnership across HR, Payroll, Benefits & IT
