As the Managing Veterinarian, you will take a leadership role in delivering top-tier medical care, mentoring a talented veterinary team, and driving the hospital’s continued success. With 30-60 minute appointment windows, dedicated administrative time, and an extensive support staff, you will have the resources to focus on both high-quality medicine and leadership development. Key Highlights:
- Oversee the diagnosis, treatment, and care of pets while counseling clients on wellness and preventative care
- Lead and mentor a team of veterinarians and support staff, ensuring medical standards are met and a positive client experience is maintained

About You:
- You hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree
- Hold an active Massachusetts state and DEA license
- Have 5 years of experience in the veterinary field
- You must have strong interpersonal skills and a passion for mentoring and teaching
- You are committed to practicing the highest standards of veterinary medicine and maintaining ethical guidelines
- You excel in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and enjoy working closely with both medical and administrative teams
