- No emergency or after-hours work required – true emergencies are referred to dedicated ER facilities
- DVM/VMD or equivalent degree that qualifies you to practise veterinary medicine in the US
- You hold (or are eligible for) licensure in Massachusetts and/or Rhode Island
- New graduates through to highly experienced DVMs are encouraged to apply
- A team-first attitude – someone who treats every colleague with respect and values collaboration
- Passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based, client-focused medicine
- Strong communication skills with both clients and team members
- Competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $190,000, depending on experience
- Flexible pay structure: straight salary or base plus production – tailored to you
