What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Veterinarian position at Atlas Consultancy Group?
We are working with a boutique small-animal hospital seeking an experienced veterinarian to join their close-knit 2 experienced doctor-team. This state-of-the-art facility offers a calm, low-volume caseload designed to prioritize quality medicine and client communication over rushed appointments. With roughly up to a maximum of 10 appointments per day, and emphasis on relationship-driven care, this role will suit a doctor who enjoys taking the time to connect with pet owners while practicing high-quality general medicine.
The hospital itself is beautifully equipped, boasting 5 exam rooms, 3 dedicated dental tables, CT scanner, digital radiography, IDEXX in-house lab equipment, and a small ICU. You’ll be supported by two skilled RVTs, three assistants, and a friendly front desk team, creating an efficient, collaborative working environment where your time with patients is truly maximized. With a Monday–Friday 9–5 schedule, no weekends, and no on-call, you’ll enjoy excellent work-life balance while still earning industry-leading compensation.
This opportunity is ideal for a veterinarian with at least two years of clinical experience who thrives in general practice and urgent care medicine, but doesn’t necessarily want the demands of advanced surgery.
