You’ll be joining a cohesive group of experienced DVMs, supported by a knowledgeable technical and administrative staff who ensure the hospital operates smoothly and at the highest standard of care. As Medical Director, you’ll lead both clinically and strategically—guiding medical excellence, mentoring doctors, partnering closely with hospital leadership on operations and financial performance, and fostering an environment where learning and fun coexist. About you:
- DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
- You hold (or are eligible for) a licensure in Florida
- Confident clinician with experience in general practice; leadership interest or experience a plus
- Skilled in or comfortable with dentistry and surgical procedures
- Enjoys collaboration, communication, and cultivating a positive team culture
- Motivated to maintain and elevate clinical standards within a supportive environment
