Atlas Concrete, has been in business for 70 years supplying ready mix concrete and other related supplies to the Auckland and Northland regions. Atlas Concretes Recycling Division is seeking a motivated and reliable Digger/Loader Operator to join our team in Albany, which is one of 3 three concrete recycling sites within Atlas Concrete.
The role consists of operating a variety of machines as well as assisting in maintaining the crushing and screening plant.
Key responsibilities of the role include: • Operating excavators for stockpiling and concrete pulverising • Operating front-end loaders for truck loading and material handling • Assisting with crushing and screening operations • Carrying out basic equipment maintenance and daily checks • General yard duties, housekeeping, and site maintenance
What We’re Looking For: • Previous experience operating excavators and loaders • Wheels, tracks endorsements • Class 2 licence preferred • Have a good base knowledge of machinery • Physically fit with a strong work ethic • Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work both independently and within a team
