Atlas Community Care is a Medicaid-funded home care agency expanding into Grand Forks. We help seniors and individuals with disabilities live independently in their own homes, and we specialize in the family caregiver model — paying family members to care for their loved ones.

What You'll Do

• Provide personal care services in clients' homes (bathing, grooming, mobility assistance, meal prep, light housekeeping)
• Companionship and supervision for clients with disabilities or memory-related needs
• Accurate documentation of services provided
• Communicate with the supervisor and family members about client needs

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Eligible to pass a North Dakota background check
• Please indicate in your application whether you have a completed SFN 749 on file completed within the last 6 months with ND DHS, or whether you would need to complete the QSP certification process — we can support you through it if needed
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Compassion, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required — we provide training
• Family members of potential clients are encouraged to apply
