Role Description
This is a contract (1099), full-time, part-time, on-site role for a Residential Cleaning Technician based in Kapolei, HI. The Residential Cleaning Technician will perform daily cleaning tasks in residential settings, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism. Responsibilities include sanitizing and disinfecting surfaces, washing and folding laundry, restocking supplies, and maintaining equipment. The technician will also maintain clear communication with clients to address specific cleaning requirements and provide an exceptional customer experience. Physical activity, attention to detail, and adherence to cleaning protocols are integral to this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in residential cleaning and familiarity with cleaning equipment, tools, and products
- Ability to follow professional cleaning standards and medical-grade sanitation protocols
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time-management skills
- Capability to work independently, as well as effectively communicate with clients and team members
- Physical stamina to perform manual cleaning tasks and lift cleaning supplies as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Commitment to providing consistent quality and exceptional service
• Minimum 2 years of residential cleaning experience required
• Reliable transportation

• Must be insured (liability insurance required)
