Key Responsibilities
Material Movement & Warehouse Support
- Transport materials between receiving, warehouse storage, kitting areas, and assembly lines.
- Perform putaway of received goods into designated locations with accuracy and speed.
- Replenish assembly line materials based on production needs and kanban or pull signals.
- Stage materials for upcoming builds or aftermarket orders.
- Pick aftermarket parts and accessories using pick lists, scanners, or ERPdriven workflows.
- Pack orders securely and accurately to meet quality and customer expectations.
- Prepare shipments, print labels, and coordinate with carriers as needed.
- Assist with unloading trucks, verifying counts, and moving goods to the receiving area.
- Support the Receiving Specialist with staging, sorting, and initial inspection of
Inventory Accuracy
- Maintain clean and organized storage locations.
- Support cycle counting, bin audits, and rootcause analysis of discrepancies.
- Follow FIFO and other inventory control practices.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other materialhandling equipment safely and responsibly.
- Follow all facility safety rules, including PPE, equipment checks, and traffic flow guidelines.
- Report hazards, damaged materials, or unsafe conditions immediately.
Required
- Experience in warehouse, material handling, or manufacturing environments.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn ERP or scanning systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Certified forklift operator (or ability to become certified).
- Experience in assembly support, kitting, or linefeeding.
- Familiarity with pick/pack/ship processes.
- Experience in a manufacturing or assembly facility.
