What are the responsibilities and job description for the Excavation Laborer position at Atlas Butler Heating & Cooling?
Atlas Butler has been a fixture in Columbus for over 100 years and we continue to grow. We are looking to expand our excavation team by adding 2 excavation laborers. This position will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Provide world class customer service
- Work on a team to install exterior residential plumbing, including sewers, water service, and downspout drainage systems.
- Perform physical activity with no restrictions in various climate conditions including rain, snow, and extreme temperatures
- Work in tight; sometimes uncomfortable spaces
- Digging holes to expose pipe, sometimes by hand
- Operate a jackhammer to break concrete and haul away

The requirements:
- Capable of lifting up to 100lbs
- Must pass pre employment drug, background, and MVR screening
- Have a valid drivers licencse
- Strong verbal communicator and ability to learn iPad software
- Willingness and desire to learn and grow
- Previous excavation experience preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
