- Building restoration.

- Structural repairs.
- Rebuilding of unsound masonry wall sections.
- Specialize in chemical and high-pressure cleaning of all types of masonry surfaces.
- Concrete repair of both vertical and horizontal surfaces.
- Exterior sealant replacement for thermal and moisture protection.
- Decorative and ornamental metal work – fascia’s, soffits, domes, scuppers, etc.
- Plaster repair and decorative painting.
- High performance coatings, waterproofing and water repellents.
We are looking for a Project Manager that is "hands on" and excels at managing field employees as well as project responsibilities.
Duties include all aspects of project management:
- Attending pre-construction meetings
- Managing submittals, mock-ups, and shop drawings
- Day-to-day field operations
- Supervising construction personnel
- Assigning duties
- Managing equipment, material, rentals, and subcontractors
- Managing schedules
- Maintaining positive relationships with clients and
- Project closeout.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, or
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience with managing Masonry or Masonry Restoration projects
- Knowledge of construction PM/Accounting-related software applications

Pay: $73,763.36 - $92,053.00 per year
