Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and directing phone calls
- Helping maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically, ensuring easy retrieval of documents and records
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or in person, ensuring client communication is clear and professional
- Support administrative tasks such as managing inventory and keeping store clean and presentable
- Handle clerical responsibilities like handling the register and credit card machine
Skills
- Proficiency with cash register and payment collection
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems for professional communication
- Prior retail sales or liquor store experience is a plus
- Customer service expertise with a focus support in a retail setting
