Duties
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to assess damage and determine repair needs
- Perform auto body repairs such as dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening using hand tools and power tools
- Apply auto body fillers, sand, prime, and paint vehicles to restore their appearance
- Repair or replace automotive parts and accessories, including bumpers, doors, hoods, and trim components
- Utilize auto estimating software to evaluate repair costs and communicate with customers regarding repairs
- Perform automotive tire changes and basic vehicle maintenance to support overall vehicle health
- Conduct vehicle electrical systems repairs and mechanical systems troubleshooting as needed
- Ensure heavy lifting safety protocols are followed during all repair processes
- Maintain detailed records of repairs performed and parts used for each vehicle
Experience
- Proven mechanic experience with a strong background in auto body repair and restoration
- Knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, and mechanical systems including electrical systems
- Hands-on experience operating hand tools, power tools, and automotive equipment effectively
- Familiarity with auto estimating software and vehicle inspection procedures
- Customer service skills to communicate clearly with clients about repair processes and timelines
- Ability to perform automotive tire changes, vehicle inspections, and basic maintenance tasks confidently
- Prior experience working with automotive electrical systems and mechanical repairs is highly desirable

Pay: $28.50 - $40.00 per hour
