Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and expanding our market presence across various territories. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in outside sales, residential sales, B2B sales, and customer relationship management, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and driving revenue growth.
Duties
- Conduct outside sales efforts to identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Manage existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth through upselling and cross-selling strategies.
- Develop and implement effective business development plans to expand market share.
- Perform product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs, utilizing technical sales knowledge.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and leveraging CRM software such as Salesforce.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals efficiently while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead generation and account management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships through direct sales, inside sales, or retail sales channels.
- Demonstrated ability in cold calling, lead generation, upselling, and managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to analyze market data for strategic planning.
- A proactive approach to customer service with a focus on long-term relationship building.
