Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for all construction projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.

- Lead and supervise project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to promote collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
- Drive business development initiatives by cultivating client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and expanding market presence.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, safety standards, and quality control across all projects.
- Manage profit & loss responsibilities by monitoring financial performance, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability.

Requirements
