We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and creative Sales & Marketing Intern to support our Commercial organization at a leading global air cargo airline. This internship offers hands-on exposure to B2B sales strategy, aviation marketing, customer analytics, and commercial operations within a fast-paced, safety-driven industry.
This role is ideal for a student interested in aviation, logistics, supply chain, or data-driven marketing who wants real ownership of projects that directly impact revenue and customer engagement.

Competitive compensation will be offered based on a variety of factors, including a candidate's experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal equity and other factors. In addition, a range of benefits to include medical, dental and vision insurance, employee assistance program, as well as generous paid time off, and 401K contributions are offered as a part of the total compensation package.
Pay Range
$22—$24 USD

Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and creative Sales & Marketing Intern to support our Commercial organization at a leading global air cargo airline. This internship offers hands-on exposure to B2B sales strategy, aviation marketing, customer analytics, and commercial operations within a fast-paced, safety-driven industry.

Key Responsibilities
Commercial & Sales Support
- Assist in preparing customer presentations, RFP responses, and sales materials
- Support account research and competitive analysis across cargo operators and freight forwarders
- Help analyze sales pipeline data and contribute to weekly reporting dashboards
- Conduct market research on global cargo trends, trade lanes, and customer segments
- Support development of marketing collateral, campaign tracking, and website content updates
- Assist with social media content planning (LinkedIn-focused B2B strategy)
- Help coordinate industry conference materials and promotional support
- Conduct competitor brand benchmarking within the global cargo market
- Analyze commercial performance data (yield trends, customer growth, lane performance)
- Support CRM data clean-up and reporting initiatives
- Help build Excel or Power BI dashboards for leadership insights
- Contribute to special projects tied to commercial strategy or network expansion
- Exposure to global air cargo operations and commercial strategy
- Insight into how charter, ACMI, and scheduled cargo sales models operate
- Experience working cross-functionally with Revenue Management, Network Planning, and Operations
- Hands-on data analysis experience tied directly to revenue performance
- Mentorship from senior commercial leaders
Required
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Interest in aviation, logistics, or global supply chain
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or CRM systems
- Coursework in marketing analytics, economics, or international business
- Familiarity with B2B marketing concepts
