Overview
The Aircraft Records Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Aircraft Records Program. This position will ensure that all applicable maintenance records are scanned, archived, and maintained per the applicable company electronic records archive procedure in support of OpSpec A025 authorization.

Competitive compensation will be offered based on a variety of factors, including a candidate's experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal equity and other factors. In addition, a range of benefits to include medical, dental and vision insurance, employee assistance program, as well as generous paid time off, and 401K contributions are offered as a part of the total compensation package.
Pay Range
$54,000—$73,000 USD

Overview
The Aircraft Records Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Aircraft Records Program. This position will ensure that all applicable maintenance records are scanned, archived, and maintained per the applicable company electronic records archive procedure in support of OpSpec A025 authorization.
Responsibilities
- Line Maintenance Work Order and Letter Check oversight and loading as necessary.
- Line Maintenance Missing Document Reporting-As needed.
- Review “Component Change Not Entered” ECN determined during Logpage and 5Y tag audits during indexing. Complete transactions as necessary.
- Review the Monthly Missing Logpage Report and request from station as necessary.
- Fulfill AirVault Records Request as necessary.
- Indexing WOs as needed to assist to stay current:
- Landing Gear Installs (including building LLPs) and Removals in TRAX.
- Auditing Installed Landing Gear.
- Performs additional tasks as assigned by the Manager of Records and Sr Director Maintenance and Planning & Records.
- Minimum of 1 years experience in an aviation maintenance environment (specifically aircraft components and records) preferred.
- Understanding of AirVault, TRAX, and AIMS functionality and management preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple duties/priorities on a daily basis; ability to function effectively under deadlines and still maintain accuracy; able to keep up in a fast-paced work environment.
- Computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft Office software programs.
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills; high level of attention to detail; outstanding organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, as well as lead the department team members; self-motivated; ‘Can do’ attitude.
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
- Typing at least 50 words per minute (WPM).
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects up to 25 pounds as part of routine job duties.
