We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Client Financial Data Specialist to support our financial coaching team by maintaining accurate client financial records. This role is responsible for entering, organizing, and updating financial information in client spreadsheets and software platforms while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain client financial information in spreadsheets and financial software.
- Update income, expenses, assets, liabilities, and account balances.
- Categorize financial transactions accurately.
- Reconcile client financial data with bank statements and other supporting documents.
- Review data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
- Maintain organized digital client files and documentation.
- Prepare financial summaries and reports for financial coaches or advisors.
- Communicate with team members regarding missing or inconsistent information.
- Protect confidential client financial information and comply with privacy policies.
- Assist with administrative projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in data entry, bookkeeping, administrative support, or financial operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple client files simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
